Off-Campus Work Study
The CSD Work Study Program is a pragmatic, community-based approach to learning that better prepares Deaf and Hard of Hearing students for work, by involving the local business community as training partners. Students gain valuable work skills, a sense of accountability and confidence, and have the opportunity to be positive participants and contributors in their community.Â
Students interested in working off-campus should contact Job Placement Specialist.
In order to earn credit and earn wages, students must meet the following criteria:
Have 2+ blocks available in their schedule
Have a social security number
C or better grades
Be a DOR Client
Be willing to take public transportation
<18 must have work permit
